RUGBY


In order to be a successful rugby player, you need a combination of fitness attributes to compete with all players on the pitch. Without a doubt, strength is an essential component and can be what stands in the way of winning and losing a possession. Our patented equipment and sport-specific protocols will help you gain the strength needed to produce more power, enhance your agility, and increase your anaerobic fitness to help you recover more quickly after those brief periods of explosive play. 

CRICKET


The demands of this sport are often underestimated. Cricket players require speed off the mark and acceleration around the wicket. Strength and conditioning programs should not only be sport specific but also position specific. For example, we understand that fast bowlers require different training from spin bowlers. By focusing on speed, power and agility, we can give every cricket player the tools to be more successful on the field while also helping to prevent overuse injury. 

NETBALL


Combining fitness with both speed and strength, netball is a fast paced and highly skilled game. Through our patented equipment, we’ve developed a unique program to specifically train netball players to improve their acceleration, agility, and power. On average, our athletes see a 33% increase in footspeed and .5 – 1 meter increase in jump height. Our evidence-based protocols also provide the aerobic training necessary to maintain a high level of intensity over the full four quarters. 

AFL


Speed, power and agility are the tools of the trade. Using state-of-the-art performance testing tools with synchronized video to document progress, we’ve tested, studied, and perfected our training program to give footballers the ability to improve their play and the competitive skills required to be a champion. We create faster, stronger, and more explosive athletes who are able to play at game speed longer and with fewer injuries. This is where unstoppable starts.

BASEBALL / SOFTBALL


Baseball and Fastpitch Softball are games of inches that require split-second reactions, instinctual skills and lightning fast agility.  Athletic Republic has been building these attributes in baseball players for almost 28 years. Our roster of MLB players ranges from retired greats like Cal Ripken, Jr. and Tim Thome to current sluggers like Troy Glaus and Tony Clark.   Athletic Republic provides the optimal mix of proprietary sport specific training protocols and patented equipment to make you a better baseball or softball player. 

BASKETBALL


With only five spots in the starting line-up and twelve spots on the roster, basketball is one of the toughest team sports for a player to earn playing time. For years, the formula for success was simply to play a lot of games and develop critical ball handling and shooting skills 365 days a year.  This just isn’t enough today.  If you want to separate yourself from the pack and take your game to the next level like NBA star Jameer Nelson or 2010 NBA draft pick Wesley Johnson, you have to maximize your athletic abilities.

ENDURANCE TRAINING


Building upon the foundation of the Acceleration Training Program, Athletic Republic has introduced an Endurance Sports Training Program designed to help the athlete move better, stay healthier, become stronger and get faster. The Endurance Sports Training Program consists of an Athlete Assessment to determine an athlete's strengths and opportunities for improvement, taking into consideration weekly workout volume, competitive goals, and injury prevention. Speed, Strength & Stability training is at the core of the program, focusing on gains in speed, power, balance, and stability.

FOOTBALL


Ever since founder and exercise physiologist John Frappier first worked with All Pro NFL Football Players Tim Krumrie and Anthony Munoz of the Cincinnati Bengals nearly 28 years ago, our performance sports training centers have been the go-to place for serious football players. We take football training far beyond the standard weight room, to a place where ground-breaking assessment tools, integrated video and performance management software provide a rock-solid framework for developing and evaluating the capabilities of football players from youth to pro.

SOCCER


Soccer is about gaining separation from your opponent to create the open space you need to put the ball into the back of the net.  Whether you are a defender or a goalie, possessing superior quickness and agility over your opponent is what separates good soccer players from great ones.  Athletic Republic has been building these attributes with soccer players from the club team level up to the national team ranks for almost 28 years.

SWIMMING


At Athletic Republic, we make only one thing: better athletes. Ever since we first started blending the science of physiology and biomechanics with sport-specific training about a quarter century ago, we’ve made it our sole objective to become the go-to place for serious athletes. One of the latest additions to our protocol is the development of a unique dry-land program tailored specifically to swimmers and the improvement of their speed, explosive power and race day results. 

TENNIS

VOLLEYBALL


We’ve developed a unique program to specifically train volleyball players to improve their acceleration, power and on-court agility so they can become not just better athletes, but better volleyball athletes. Through our evidence-based training protocols and patented equipment, we can improve an athlete’s mechanics so they rise higher with more hang time giving them more explosive power behind every hit. We also provide exact neurological learning and coordination that improves functional volleyball strength and the ability to set, pass, serve, spike and block.

WATER POLO


Water polo is one of the most physically demanding sports we train at Athletic Republic.  Battling your opponents in the pool, while simultaneously treading water and swimming upwards of two miles per match requires not just coordination, but a tremendous amount of core strength. Our water polo program concentrates on increasing muscular endurance in order to increase your effectiveness on both sides of the ball.
