AR-FIT is a 60-minute full-body circuit training workout for adults at all levels of fitness, from those who are actively competing in the sport of their choice to those who are simply looking to get into shape so they can better enjoy the activities they love. The emphasis in training is on developing functional strength, balance, and coordination between major muscle groups. The small-group classes include warm-up, activation, circuits/intervals, and cool down/stretching. No two classes are the same! The maximum trainer to athlete ratio is 8:1, so you always get the individual attention you need.

The AR-FIT Challenge is a special training block that is designed to help you meet your training goals in a fun, supportive environment. You get unlimited access to training during the Challenge, along with pre- and post-Challenge assessments that deliver concrete evidence that your hard work paid off. In addition to training, you get the option of free BMI testing, a running mechanics analysis, a nutritional assessment, and challenge prizes.
